Hello,
My video in mebeam is not scaling down. It maintains is video size of 320 x 240. When 1:1 it appears fine but once participants are included is the when the problems happens
My Cam is: Logitech QuickCam Pro for Notebooks (HQ Cam)
System: Dell Lattitude D620 Dual processor
OS: WinXP Professional
Very odd, thanks in advance for some assistance.

HI Joe,
Did you also try with another webcam connected?
This to be sure if it got something to do with that
particular webcam and / or its drivers.
It does not happen on all the webcams I have.

Are you using FireFox - or other browser that can zoom ?
I had a problem like this and I could see 3.5 windows widthwise - but once I zoomed to the standard 100% all was sorted

Welcome to this forum.
Suggestion: Set the zoom of the browser to 100%.

OK, I'm not using IE at all, but Firefox 3.5.1
Does another browser give you the same problem?
If so,
- Check the Logitech webcam settings and see if it
helps if setting them to default values.
- If nothing else helps, it must be a driver issue from
Logitech. The only difference to Mebeam from my
homepage is that is uses older (webcam) code.
I can't do nothing if this does not help, because I
am not the developer / programmer.

Tried Firefox, u can see the result in the attached picture. I'm the nose on the left.
I also contacted Logitech. Their suggestion was to use older drivers. Unfortunately these drivers dont work with flash and e.g. yahoo at all.
Do u have any means of pointing the developers to this problem, willem? Should I ask adobe? Other flash applications work fine though.
Thank u for ur Help

I will try to forward this problem to the developer.
However you might want to use the older Mebeam
for now. The drivers from Logitech are the culprit
here. It's a know fact, there are indeed several
problems known caused by the Logitech drivers, in
several other programs too.

Using the old Quickcam 11.0 software solved the problem.
Autoupdate will be disabled here for a while.
In case somone is looking for old drivers: ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/quickcam

Great.
It is a good habit to keep your older version drivers at hand.
Often you will know if it works 100%, after using drivers for
quite a time and in combination with several programs.
