HOW TO REPORT MEBEAM PROBLEMS:
To be able to give people the best possible support:
First, You need to have a picture of yourself as avatar
(Forum mainpage: My Account > Avatar > Browse > Upload).
Second, note the points below and use them as much as possible
when reporting issues in Problems using Mebeam and WigiWigi
1. Which Operating System (and Service Pack) is installed ?
- Which browser and its version is used?
- Which version of Flash plug-in is installed?
2. What are the system specifications ?
- Type and speed of CPU (Use e.g. the free CPU-z)
- Amount of installed Memory
3. What are your internet connection specifications ?
- Upload and Download speed in Kilobits- or Megabits per second.
- Have you done a momentary Speedtest on the internet ?
- Type of connection (shared-, direct- or wireless) ?
4. Is a software and/or hardware firewall in use and which ?
- Did you allow Mebeam fully in the used firewall?
- Does the application work on another system?
5. The description of your problem.
